    Yes. Xeye is designed with lifestyle flexibility in mind and supports prescription lens replacement. The default non-prescription lenses can be removed, and users can replace them with customized lenses from an optical store. Xeye’s frame is compatible with most standard lens types used by major optical brands.

  • Where is the data stored?

    Data collected by Xeye is temporarily stored on the device and the paired smartphone. It is then uploaded to secure cloud servers after being anonymized. This entire process is automatic, and users can monitor data transfers and storage status in real time via the app.

  • How is the data used?

    After going through strict anonymization, your data is uploaded to an AI training data marketplace. It is then made available to qualified companies or research institutions for use in machine learning and robotics development. As the original data provider, you are entitled to share in the revenue generated through this use.

  • What kind of rewards can I expect?

    Xeye users earn rewards in the form of XE tokens for contributing data. Additionally, if your data is reused (secondary usage) by third parties, a portion of that revenue is also distributed to you. This model aims to return data ownership to users and build a long-term, sustainable “Wear to Earn” ecosystem.

    Xeye provides after-sales support through its official service centers. Repairs for non-user-caused defects within one year of purchase are covered free of charge. Service requests can be easily submitted via the official app or website, and courier-based A/S options are also available.
